Our tour project was featured in the magazine “Discover Japan (April 2025 issue)”

One of OUGI’s tour projects was featured in the magazine “Discover Japan (April 2025 issue)” that was published on 5th of March 2025. The article introduces the seven “successful cases of tourism content“ in the “Regional Tourism New Discovery Project 2024” sponsored by the Japan Tourism Agency, which includes OUGI’s project.

Based on theme of “the state-of-the-art of the locals,” the article introduces the results of “Regional Tourism New Discovery Project” and seven example projects including OUGI’s tour “The Folklore of KAGURA” titled as “Discover the origin of ‘WA’ in Usa, by practicing (conduct and program of) kagura and performing the dedication presentation & trekking in ancient trail” presented by OUGI.

Discover Japan is a Japanese monthly magazine with the concept of “re-discovering and re-editing the charm of Japan.” The main readership is said to be business executives in their 30s and 50s who have a high cultural sense. This was a good opportunity to widely announce the authentic “Story in Japan” that OUGI aims to provide.
