[Purpose and scope of use]

Distribution materials (images and text) in the media kit may be used (duplicated, uploaded, posted) only for the purpose of media organizations introducing OUGI and our business.

The condition for permission to use is that the published content is related to the promotion of tourism, travel, and Japanese culture.

When downloading the media kit, please apply for the purpose of use. In principle, use for purposes other than those applied for is prohibited.

[Request for media publication]

In order to fact-check the contents of the publication, please cooperate in sharing the manuscript before submission and public release. Please reply to the automatically completed email sent after submitting the form, with attaching the manuscript data. After receiving the manuscript, we will check the contents and reply as soon as possible. (Business days: Monday to Friday)

Please cooperate in sharing the results after public release. If the results are paper media, please send a photo or copy. If they are web or SNS, please send a URL. If they are digital materials or videos that will not be published online, please send the data.

[Rules for using images]

It is prohibited to give the data to third parties, such as secondary distribution of images.

Please clearly state the credit "© OUGI Inc." near the image.

To edit the images, only trimming is allowed. (Also trimmed images need to show the main part of the original image.)

Modification of images is prohibited. If you need to modify the image, please contact us separately.

The expiration date for images that include human models is "the end of November 2027." After that date, please make the relevant photo private.
